MPS Content — Smarter Contents Inventory & Documentation

A standalone MPS application for restoration contractors, contents technicians, and property damage documentation. Build a clean inventory by job and room, mark what is salvageable, and export a spreadsheet your adjuster and your team can open.

MPS Content has its own sign-in and is currently a test version. Features still being built are labeled below. How access works

What it is built to do

Contents documentation, organized the way jobs actually run

These are the intended capabilities of MPS Content. The next section shows exactly which are in the current test version and which are still in development.

Inventory by job and room

A digital contents inventory organized by job and room, so every item has a home and nothing gets counted twice.

Salvageable and unsalvageable tracking

Sort items into salvageable, unsalvageable, or pending as decisions are made on site.

Item details

Descriptions, quantities, brands, models, and serial numbers captured for each item.

Damage and condition

Document the damage observed and the condition of each item to support the claim file.

Replacement value

Track replacement value per item so totals roll up without retyping.

Spreadsheet export

Exports compatible with Excel and Google Sheets for adjusters, owners, and your own records.

Built for the field

MPS Content is designed as a mobile-friendly workflow for field technicians, so inventory can be entered from a phone or tablet at the job site.

Honest status

What works today, and what is still being built

MPS Content is a test version. Only the features in the left column are available now. Nothing in the right column should be relied on yet.

Available now

Current test version

  • Manual inventory entry — type in each item with its room, quantity, brand, model, serial number, and damage notes.
  • Job organization — create jobs by customer and claim number and keep each job's inventory separate.
  • Item classification — mark items salvageable, unsalvageable, or pending.
  • Verified replacement-cost entry — enter replacement costs you have verified yourself.
  • CSV export — download a spreadsheet file that opens in Excel or uploads to Google Sheets.
Under development

Not available yet

  • AI photo identification — suggesting an item description from a photo.
  • Automatic serial-number extraction — reading serial numbers from label photos.
  • AI-assisted replacement pricing — suggested pricing research for you to review.
  • Persistent photo attachments — photos saved with each item.
  • Direct Google Drive synchronization — automatic saving to Drive. For now, download the CSV and upload it yourself.

Why we label this so carefully

Restoration documentation gets read by carriers and adjusters. We would rather tell you plainly what the software does today than have you assume a photo was saved or a price was checked when it was not.

Who it is for

Made for people who document losses

Restoration contractors

Keep a defensible contents record for water, fire, and smoke jobs without juggling loose spreadsheets.

Contents technicians

Walk a home room by room, classify what you see, and leave with a file you can hand off.

Property damage documentation

Produce an organized inventory with replacement values for owners, adjusters, and project managers.

Access

Open the application

MPS Content is a separate application with its own secure sign-in. This website does not collect passwords, and there is no public sign-up. If you do not have an account yet, ask us about access.

The “Open MPS Content” button takes you to the sign-in page of the application. A dedicated MPS Content web address may be added in the future; this page will always link to the current one.
