Is it worth it?

The question is not "what does it cost" but "what does it cost compared with the jobs it saves." A simple test:

1. Estimate how many new-customer calls you miss in a month.
2. Multiply by the share that would have booked.
3. Multiply by your average job value.
4. Compare the result to the monthly price.

Illustrative example: if you miss 20 new-customer calls a month, a quarter of them would have booked, and your average job is $600, that is about $3,000 a month in work you did not get.
